Our story
We started in 2017 with a simple observation: most facilities buying air filters in India were paying trading margins on top of trading margins, and getting generic sizes that didn’t fit their equipment.
A hospital ordering HEPA filters for its operation theatres would go through a distributor, who bought from a wholesaler, who bought from a manufacturer three steps removed from the actual production line. Each step added cost. None of them could answer a basic question: does this filter actually fit our housing?
We built hepafilter.in to remove those steps. We manufacture directly, we test to H13/H14 standards ourselves, and we cut filters to the exact dimensions a buyer sends us, whether that’s a CAD drawing, a housing measurement, or a sample of the old filter. No middlemen, no guessing on size, and a price that reflects what the filter actually costs to make.
Today we run a Delhi facility with ISO certified manufacturing, and we dispatch orders to 28 states through logistics partners we’ve worked with for years.

Neeraj Goel, Founder
I’ve spent over 10 years manufacturing HVAC and industrial air filters in Delhi, working directly with hospitals, pharma units, and factory floors on filtration that actually holds up to daily use.
What I noticed across those years is that most buyers were being sold generic sizes and vague efficiency claims, often at prices padded by two or three resellers. hepafilter.in exists to fix both problems: real certification, and a filter cut to fit what you actually have installed.
